Nueva estafa en internet:Ideal World Concept Organization (IWCO)

Atte,

Ideal World Concept Organization (IWCO)

This is a scam. Scammers tend to use evasive techniques when sending spam like this.In this case, a scammer in South Africa (IP address 196.25.253.13) sent this message through msn.com using an msn.com "from" address, but a Gmail "reply-to" address, and a different Gmail address as the reply address in the body of the message. A quick search on the web shows that several other parties have reported receiving spam of this sort, and there is an "idealworldconcept.org", but it was registered about two months ago (06-Mar-2009 06:49:27 UTC) to someone called "WEB WIZARD2008" in South Africa, so it's probably part of the same scam.

Also individuals who do not belong to any of the organizations but are sincerely interested to participate should form a group of at least five and then apply as group. Oh My God. I was shocked when I found out about 30 minutes ago that the IWCO Confrence was a SCAM. I am currently preparing youths to send to the conference.
Thanks to whoever that came up with the blog.spot message and shame you the SCAMMER.

Here's a second version of the spam, with the scam aspect more clearly present: they'll cover the conference fees for you (the bait) except the hotel rooms (the hook). They try to con you into sending money to someone via Western Union on the pretext that it's a hotel booking fee. It's not a hotel: it's the scammer getting his pay-off.
